As Chief Process Digital Officer, Dr Cathrin Wesch-Potente will take over responsibility for the areas of IT, processes, and digitalisation in the company. With this, Böllhoff expands company management to now 5 members.
The mechanical engineer with a doctorate brings with her many years of experience in production and assembly technology as well as in the digital transformation of companies. Before joining the Böllhoff Group, Dr Wesch-Potente was Managing Director of the Cluster of Excellence for Integrative Production Technology at the renowned RWTH Aachen University of Technology, among other things. Most recently, she headed the Digital Transformation division at the globally active family-owned company Phoenix Contact and also managed its Digital Processes & Solutions unit as Deputy Head.
