Nadine: „I’ve been at Böllhoff since 2019 and lead the back office team. I really enjoy working here because I have my own area of responsibility and really appreciate my work. Whenever I mention that I work at Böllhoff, people are amazed that the company is still family-run."

Marcel: "I work as an IT consultant and developer and come from Brazil. There is a Böllhoff branch in Jundiaí in my home country, which I’ve only heard positive things about. Since I arrived here in Bielefeld, I have been warmly welcomed by my colleagues and really appreciate the mutual support."

Thomas: "As a career changer, I took on a lot of responsibility for projects right from the start as an IT Inhouse Consultant. I have grown particularly fond of the family atmosphere at Böllhoff. My parental leave was accepted very openly and the flexible working hours are great for me as a new father!"

Kerstin: "The CPD is a colorful group and much more than just IT. Here you are encouraged and challenged, which I personally really enjoy. I would like to have colleagues who enjoy working in a team and are motivated to work on exciting projects!"

Louis: "I started an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development. The working atmosphere is organized, courteous and friendly. What I particularly appreciate about the training is the cooperation with the International College, which Böllhoff finances.

Stefan: "I've been with Böllhoff for over 20 years. I like working at CPD because I work with lots of friends here and there are lots of individual talents who can make a difference together.

Marcel and Stephan, what makes Böllhoff special for you?

Marcel: "As IT Application Manager, I make sure that the computer programs in the logistics area run smoothly and are always available. For me, Böllhoff is characterized by the strong team spirit among my colleagues. My team welcomed me with open arms right from the start and there is always someone who is willing to listen and provide support. I can say with a clear conscience that Böllhoff is the best employer I've ever had - and I hope it stays that way in the future!"

Stephan: "I've been with Böllhoff for more than 20 years, so I'm an old hand. I'm the best example of a career changer at Böllhoff, because I completed a commercial apprenticeship and then decided to turn my hobby into a career. I'm now a team leader in the IT Service department and I'm allowed to develop this team and shape it constructively."
