Newly founded: joint venture Böllhoff Vietnam
The Böllhoff Group has further expanded its presence in Asia by founding a joint venture in Vietnam.
New company location will provide even more comprehensive service and support for Vietnamese customers
This joint venture operates under the name Bollhoff Vietnam Co., Ltd. and was established together with the partner Industries Equipment and Solutions Company, or IESC for short. In April 2021, operations began in the offices in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi.
Böllhoff expects the new company location to provide even more comprehensive service and support for Vietnamese customers. Initially, six employees will be working on site, but the joint venture is expected to grow continuously in the coming years.
Long-standing collaboration laid the foundation
The collaboration between IESC and Böllhoff dates back about ten years. IESC has been Böllhoff’s official trading partner for the Vietnamese market since 2011. The success of this collaboration in recent years ultimately prompted the two companies to further expand the existing business relationship with this joint venture.
About IESC
IESC was founded in Vietnam in 2008 and has been expanding continuously ever since. Today, two locations in the north and south of the country (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City) guarantee the company's nationwide presence. With 40 employees, IESC generated sales of approximately 6.5 million euros in 2019.
